So I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately about how I work the services that I do. I don’t have a physical set up to do the readings or healing services that I do and I really enjoy the distant work in the comfort of my sacred space and my client is able to enjoy their own sacred space. So all of the work that I do is done through distant healing/readings.

We meet up either on Facebook, IM or Email and then I’ll connect and speak to spirit and the cards and relay the messages. Now for those of you who are receiving a Healing as well we have some more to add.

When we decide to do a Chakra Balancing/Healing and reading what I do is set up a time with you where we both can be on at the same time. I will give you a meditation (focal point) to experience and while you are in that meditation I will do my work over here on my end. I will start to use crystals as well as my own energy techniques to send healing your way and to balance your chakras. Once that is done I get out the cards and pull a card for each chakra. I interpret the cards pertaining to your Chakras and relay all messages that I receive on your behalf.

Before you have a service done I find that it is best to make sure you are properly hydrated. Water keeps everything fluid!

What are the Chakras?

To put it lightly they are wheels of energy that oversee many functions of the mind/body/spirit and work together with one another to keep the body balanced and running. If there is an imbalance in the chakra it can manifest in our physical world as an ailment or some sort of feeling. Which is why it is nice to have our chakras balanced once in a while.

There are 7 main chakras that I work with.

1 – Root/Base- This chakra is associated with the color Red. The Element of Earth and it is said to give vitality to the physical body, associated with our life force, survival, instincts, raw/primal self. At it’s best it can represent materialistic success, grounding and security. At the other side of things it can be someone who is self-centered, insecure, can even manifest in violence.

2 – Navel/Sacral – Its color is Orange and is associated with the element of Water. It is associated with our sexuality. It is related to passion/love/desire, giving and receiving emotions. But on the other side of things it can be an over-indulgence of things such as food and sex.

3 – Solar Plexus – Its color is yellow and associated with the element of fire. This is said to be the root of ones personal power. It’s associated with the digestive process, the metabolism and emotions. It can represent authority, transformation, warmth and vibrancy. If imbalanced it can represent one taking in more than they can truly use, a gathering of power without need, anger and digestive issues.

4 – Heart Chakra – It’s color is Green and sometimes associated with pink. The element connected to the heart is Air. This anchors the life-force from the Higher Self. Associated with Blood, blood circulation. When in balance the Heart Chakra supports compassion, understanding, love, calmness, happiness and contentment. When out of sync it can be a denial of love, holding ones emotions inside and not expressing them. Heart challenges and emotional instability.

5 – Throat Chakra – This color is Blue/Sky Blue and is associated with Akasha/Ether. It oversees Speech/Communication, sounds and vibration. When balanced it allows one to speak clearly and intently. To express themselves through words with ease and grace. When out of balance it can be a challenge to communicate, saying the wrong things, thyroid issues and depression.

6 – Brow/Third Eye Chakra – Color is Indigo/Violet/Purples (depends on who you ask) It is associated with Light energy, vitalizes the lower brain and central nervous system. Associated with Vision. This chakra oversees intuition, inspiration, insight, imagination, Clairvoyance, wisdom, and perception beyond duality. When out of sync it can be hard to focus, fearful, monotone, eye challenges, nightmares and tension headaches.

7 – Crown Chakra – Sometimes it is said to be Violet and sometimes White. It is associated with our thought/will. This chakra helps us connect with the beyond, the divinity and brings together the higher self with the physical self. It is associated with divine wisdom, Spiritual inspiration, selfless service and perception beyond space/time limitation. When out of imbalance it can represent a lack of inspiration, depression, seclusion, hesitation to be of service and confusion.

Does Distant Healing Work?

I know it works. I have had the pleasure of experiencing distant healing from many different modalities and have loved each experience and have gained from each experience. One need not be in the physical presence to help and be of service to spirit and help heal and send healing.
